Jaipong dance is a traditional dance that originated from Bandung West Java. According to the historical record of Indonesian culture this dance was created by a Sundanese artist, Gugum Gugira. But from other sources mentioned that the creator of the movement in jaipongan dance is H Suanda and Gugum Gumbira is just one of the figures who introduce this dance to the people of Bandung.
